Rockets SOAR at El Rincon

At El Rincon, we are committed to addressing behavior through school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS). The goal of a PBIS framework is to improve school climate, help improve behavioral and academic outcomes, prevent problem behavior, increase learning time, promote positive social skills, and deliver effective behavioral interventions and supports. As a school, we have identified the four core values of SOAR, and identified what each behavior looks like across the campus.

Scholars have opportunity to earn a variety of incentives including ROCKET BUCKS for prizes and SOAR fun Fridays when they model SOAR behavior.
