Annual Holi celebration! (hosted by the El Rincon PTA)

Holi is a celebration of springtime and friendship, and at El Rincon, we participate in the tradition of throwing colored powder.

How to prepare your student:
Light color clothing is recommended but not required
Powder is safe and non-staining
Disposable shower caps will be available to protect hair
Students can choose to either participate in the powder throw or enjoy watching the pretty colors flying!
Students going to an afterschool program directly after the Throw may want to consider bringing a change of clothes

Participation:
This event is for students and school staff only. Volunteers must be cleared and have signed up at least 24 hours in advance. Volunteer spots are limited and are now waitlisted. To hear about volunteer opportunities early, join the monthly El Rincon Volunteer Newsletter mailing list.
