Hello everyone,

 

Flu Vaccines are now available.  We will host Free Flu Clinics for students and families at each of the CCUSD school campuses.    

The 2014-15 Flu Vaccine Screening and Consent Form is attached to this email. Please print it and take the completed form with you in order to receive your Free Flu Vaccine. (I am sorry, but if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a severe allergic reaction to eggs, we do not have a Flu Vaccine that is approved for you; please contact your primary care provider to discuss further).

We offer these free Flu vaccines in an effort to prevent illnesses related to influenza. But please remember (and remind your students) to promote healthy behaviors, such as: washing hands frequently, eating a well-balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep.  You can also prevent the spread of illnesses by covering coughs/sneezes with a tissue and staying home if you have a fever/vomiting.
